Chile Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup unseasoned rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 teaspoons light brown sugar
  • 2 clove garlic (peeled and minced)
  • 1/4 cup fish sauce
  • 2 tsp crushed dried red chile pepper
Method
  1. Bring vinegar and sugar to boil in small saucepan, stirring briefly, until sugar dissolves. Pour into bowl; stir in garlic, fish sauce and chile. Cool and refrigerate.
