Parsley, Olive Oil, & Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup packed chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
Method
  1. Put all the ingredients in the bowl of a mini food-processor and process until thick and bright green.
