Ingredients

¹⁄₂ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp chili sauce (ketchup may be substituted)
2 tbsp grated onion
1 tbsp grated fresh horseradish (or more, to taste, prepared may be substituted)
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp finely chopped flat-leaf parsley

Method

Place all the ingredients in a small bowl and whisk to combine. Taste and adjust the onion, horseradish and Worcestershire sauce until you get the dressing the way you like it.
