Soy-Ginger Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup unseasoned rice vinegar
  • 2 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 green onion (minced)
  • 2 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp chile oil
Method
  1. Warm soy, vinegar and sugar in a small sauce pan or microwave in a small bowl, stir until sugar dissolves. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cool and refrigerate.
